Envy brow x lash enforces a non-refundable booking deposit requirement for all training & appointments. This deposit holds its exclusive purpose for the reserved slot and cannot be used for alternative treatments or dates. Irrespective of circumstances, refunds for deposits are not entertained. The deposited amount will be deducted from your final payment.

For new clients, a mandatory patch test 48 hours prior to any Beauty treatment at Envy is imperative. Failure to attend to this requirement may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Punctuality is of utmost importance. A grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled time is allowed. Beyond this, the appointment stands subject to automatic cancellation, with no refunds granted.

Cancellation requests necessitate a minimum 48-hour notice. Failing to comply results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations under 24hours or no shows will be expected to pay the full amount of the appointment . Rebooking an appointment post non-payment of the cancellation fee is not possible.

Scheduled infills every 2-3 weeks require a minimum of 40% lash retention. Lash extensions done by external technicians are not eligible for infilling. By confirming your appointment, you accept full accountability for your personal aftercare. Not the correct aftercare can lead to natural lash damage and early extension loss.. Regular cleansing is essential; failure increases the risks of infections, lash mites, and natural lash loss. Envy disclaims responsibility for lash damage due to inadequate cleansing.
